Celebrating America's 250th at the Charleston Fisher House

This Fourth of July marked 250 years of America. At the Charleston Fisher House, the front steps wore bunting and flags for the occasion — including a Fisher House garden flag made for the milestone.
America’s story has always been carried forward by the courage, sacrifice, and service of our military, veterans, and their families. The Charleston Fisher House is proud to provide a home away from home for those families when they need it most.
On this milestone birthday, we celebrate our country, honor those who have served, and remain grateful for the families who continue to sacrifice in the name of freedom. From all of us at Friends of Fisher House Charleston — happy 250th, America.
