Charleston Shag Club Raises $1,835 Through “Shag for the Flag” Dance

On November 8, the Charleston Shag Club hosted “Shag for the Flag,” a dance fundraiser that brought their community together around music — and around the mission of the Charleston Fisher House. The evening raised $1,835 for veteran families.

Following the event, the club visited the Fisher House for a check presentation and a tour of the facility. Seeing the place their fundraising supports firsthand is something we always love to offer, and the Shag Club made the most of it.
