Cuisine Rescue Returns with Another Delivery for Fisher House Families

Foil trays and bottles of donated food from Cuisine Rescue lined up on the Fisher House kitchen island

Cuisine Rescue arrived at the Charleston Fisher House with another generous delivery: chicken, rice, mandarin oranges, bread, cheesecake, and more for the veteran families staying at the House.

The food came from local restaurants in our community. Instead of going to waste, it will now help feed families staying close to their loved ones while they receive care.

It’s Cuisine Rescue’s second delivery to the House this year, after dropping off 100 sandwiches in March. Their work turns would-be waste into warm meals, and we’re grateful every time they pull up.
