On November 10, the Seabrook Island Club and the Exchange Club of Kiawah Seabrook presented a $27,500 check to Friends of Fisher House Charleston — the proceeds from their Veterans Day Golf Tournament. It’s a meaningful way to mark the holiday: a round of golf in honor of those who served, with the proceeds going directly to support veteran families.

That $27,500 represents a significant contribution to keeping the Charleston Fisher House running — covering the costs that let veteran families stay close to their loved ones during treatment at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center without added financial burden.

Thank you to the Seabrook Island Club, the Exchange Club of Kiawah Seabrook, and every golfer who participated. Your generosity on the course makes a real difference off of it.
